Do I need prior experience with yoga or breathing techniques to benefit from this program?
You don't need to have prior experience with similar techniques or teachings in order to benefit from the course. You do need to be open to practice something you've never practiced before.
Do I need to be able to sit on the floor to do the exercises?
You don't need to sit in any classical yoga position in order to do the breathing practices. Sitting on a chair will work just fine to practice and get the benefits of the breathing techniques.
Do the exercises include any mantras or chants?
These exercises do not include any chants or mantras.
Is this a meditation course?
No. Breathing is certainly a cornerstone of meditation, but, in this particular course, we are focusing on breathing techniques and their impact on your mind, body and nervous system in daily life situations. Meditation is part of other courses at Align With Your True North.
